Maria is a  successful  talent acquisition professional with a +15 year track record of managing client focused projects spanning full cycle executive search (CT Partners) , traditional agency recruiting (Lynne Palmer) and leading an in-house corporate talent acquisition and development function at Luxottica USA.
A New York native and a graduate of St Johns University and New York Institute of Technology, Maria possesses a Masters degree in Human Resources Management. Her education coupled with her experience in both agency and in-house recruiting aides her holistic approach to identifying talent aligned with an overall human resource strategy. Understanding the complex processes of big business as well as how to navigate the intricacies of a privately owned company, she excels managing a dynamic portfolio of clients. 

Her strong communication skills and tenacious drive will be your biggest asset in helping your company succeed. 

Outside the office, Maria enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and giving her time back to the community.  She's dedicated several years to the initiatives of both Boy Scouts of America and Girl Scouts of America.
